পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড পলিসি

আমাদের ড্রপশিপিং প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে ওয়েবসাইট সেটআপ, ডোমেইন, হোস্টিং এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া সার্ভিস নেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের পেমেন্ট পলিসি নিচে বিস্তারিত দেওয়া হলো:

১. সার্ভিস ফি ও পেমেন্ট: আপনার ব্যবসার প্রাথমিক সেটআপ (ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ডোমেইন, হোস্টিং, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া সেটআপ) সম্পন্ন করার জন্য নির্ধারিত সার্ভিস ফি প্রযোজ্য। এই ফি পেমেন্ট করার মাধ্যমেই আপনার ব্যবসার সেটআপ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

২. ফি অফেরতযোগ্যতা (Non-Refundable Policy): আমাদের সকল সেবার ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নোক্ত শর্তটি প্রযোজ্য:

  • ফি অফেরতযোগ্য: আপনার ব্যবসার ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং ক্রয় এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া সেটআপের জন্য প্রদত্ত সার্ভিস ফি সম্পূর্ণ অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-Refundable)।

  • যেহেতু সার্ভিসটি কনফার্ম হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই আমরা আপনার জন্য ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন, হোস্টিং স্পেস বরাদ্দ এবং প্রফেশনাল সেটআপের কাজগুলো শুরু করে দিই, তাই এই কাজের কোনো পর্যায়েই কোনো পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

৩. গ্রাহকের সম্মতি: পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন যে, আপনি প্রদত্ত সার্ভিস ফি সম্পর্কে অবগত আছেন এবং এই ফি অফেরতযোগ্য হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

Payment & Refund Policy

For our dropshipping program, including website setup, domain, hosting, and social media services, the payment policy is outlined below:

1. Service Fee and Payment

A designated service fee is required for your initial business setup, which includes website development, domain registration, hosting, and social media setup. The business setup process will begin only after the payment of this fee is completed.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

The following condition applies to all our services:

Non-Refundable Fee:
The service fee paid for website development, domain and hosting purchase, and social media setup is completely non-refundable.

Since we immediately begin domain registration, allocate hosting resources, and start professional setup work upon confirmation of the service, no payment can be refunded at any stage of the process.

3. Customer Agreement

By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. You confirm that you are aware the service fee is non-refundable and accept this condition in full.
